Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
